A landmark partnership with BDMS marks a new chapter for Capella 

Capella Hotel Group announced the launch of Capella Residences Bangkok, a 262-unit residential centrepiece of the WellEra development, located at the intersection of Sarasin and Langsuan Roads and overlooking Lumpini Park in Bangkok's prestigious Lumpini district. 

Marking the brand's first entry into wellness-integrated branded residences, Capella Residences Bangkok forms an interconnected whole alongside BDMS Wellness Clinic, an urban wellness retreat, and a curated lifestyle retail offering within WellEra.
