AMILLA MALDIVES HOSTS AN ARRAY OF WELLBEING EXPERIENCES THIS SPRING WITH THREE CONSECUTIVE RESIDENCIES

Master Sifu Aniket, Elle Lenka Fernandes, and Jang Kanlayanee bring holistic therapies, energy healing, movement, and biohacking to the island resort



Small Luxury Hotels of the World Considerate Collection member Amilla Maldives is welcoming three esteemed practitioners in a Spring Series of holistic wellness residencies designed to appeal to all mindful wellbeing enthusiasts. 

 

Between now and the end of April 2024, Master Sifu Aniket, Elle Lenka Fernandes and Jang Kanlayanee will offer wellness workshops, classes and therapies rooted in their own specialities, providing personalised experiences that harness the benefits of energy healing, yoga, martial arts, biohacking and traditional therapies.  

 

All three residencies will be hosted at Amilla's holistic Javvu Spa, which invites guests on a journey of inspired restoration, heightened mindfulness, and amplified stillness. 

 

Master Sifu Aniket, 29 February – 24 April 2024 

Drawing from the traditions of the Himalayas, Master Sifu Aniket is an international yoga teacher, crystal-reiki master, sound healer, hypnotherapist, and martial arts gold medallist with black belts in Hapkido, Taekwondo and Kung Fu. In addition to individual sessions, Aniket is offering three- or five-day healing, yoga and fitness retreats. The Relaxing and Healing Retreat (from USD550++ / approx.. GBP433 per person) incorporates sound therapy, crystal energy healing, breathwork and meditation to recharge wellbeing. The Yoga Retreat (from USD450++ / approx.. GBP355++ per person) focuses on rejuvenation through various yoga practices, crystal reiki healing and sound baths. The Fitness and Martial Art Retreat (from USD600++ / approx.. GBP473++ per person) enhances physical health and self-defence through multiple traditional martial art disciplines. 

 

Elle Lenka Fernandes, 1 – 31 March 2024 

Established health and wellness expert and university lecturer, Elle Lenka Fernandes, is known for her combination of scientific biohacking methods and holistic approaches. Offering simple yet effective ‘daily fixes’ for overall health improvement, Elle focuses on root-cause healing to address physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. 

 

Elle's healing treatments include Go with the Flow-Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Vagus Nerve Therapy (both USD330++ / approx.. GBP260++ per person), and Intuitive Body Scan with Tibetan Singing Bowls (from USD210++ / approx.. GBP166++ per person), which respectively focus on improving circulation, calming the nervous system, and promoting mental clarity. 

 

Complimenting these body treatments are the Let Go-TMJ Therapy, which helps alleviate jaw discomfort and facial pain, and the Natural Facelift – Holistic Facial Rejuvenation (both USD210++ / approx.. GBP166++ per person), aimed at eliminating toxins and reducing wrinkles. 

 

Elle’s additional therapies consider the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, incorporating Brazilian Body-Barre Fitness (from USD150++ / approx.. GBP118++ per person); Couple or Partner Yoga with Sound Healing and Movement Therapy Workout (both USD210++ / approx.. GBP166++ per person); and Roll2Release (from USD180++ / approx.. GBP142++ per person).  

  

Jang Kanlayanee, 1 – 30 April 2024 

With a background in health science and over 20 years’ spa and wellness experience, Jang Kanlayanee is passionate about wellness and yoga therapies that align the body and mind. 

 

Immersing guests in deep relaxation while focusing on energy flows, relieving emotional stress, and improving focus, Jang’s treatments include Emotional Release Massage and Chakra Healing (both from USD230++ / approx.. GBP181++ per person) and Bodywork Alignment Massage (from USD220++ / approx.. GBP173++ per person).  

 

Jang’s 150-minute Body Awakening (USD480++ / approx.. GBP378++ per person) and 180-minute Wellness Awakening (USD590++ / approx.. GBP465++ per person) rituals combine Emotional Release Massage and crystal reflexology with Bodywork Alignment Massage and Crystal Sound Ki Energy Massage respectively. Additionally, Jang’s residency will offer Tai Chi, yoga, and sound bath healing workshops.
