Drawing inspiration from the intense training programmes of elite level athletes and professional sportspeople, the new Champion Fit Retreat is designed for individuals looking to take their physical fitness to the next level. Programmes also include selected physiotherapy classes such as Postural Corrective Therapy to realign the spine or Releasing Tension Therapy to assist the body in releasing deep muscular stress and tension.

Options include the Invigorating Massage, fusing Asian techniques with the firm and continuous strokes of a Swedish massage to help revitalise the body and enliven the spirit; an Oriental Scalp Massage; Signature Full Body Tadleek (massage), using local herb-infused oil to enhance blood and lymphatic flow; or the Signature Relaxing Al-Qadam (foot massage), to soothe tired feet and enhance relaxation.
